1. Museum of Islamic Art


This place is ranked as the top destination on Tripadvisor for Qatar. This place has a huge collection of Islamic artwork from as far back as the 7th century. Examples of items that can be seen in the museum include porcelain bowls and other earthenware from the late 8th century, and an Iranian Franchetti tapestry made of silk wrapped in silver.




2. The Kingdom of Aladdin


This place is also known as the Entertainment City. Some examples of the rides inside the place are the carousel, Ferris Wheel, go-karts, bumper boats, and air hockey arena. One of the most famous rides in the Kingdom of Aladdin is the Thunder Bullet or the Thunderbolt, which is its crazy version of a roller coaster.


Apart from that, there are also artificial lagoons, cafes, and theaters.


3. Khor Al Udaid Beach


Fun in the sun can also be part of what Qatar has to offer. This beach is also called the Inland Sea by most locals.


There is also some level of unexplainable serenity when you visit the place, mostly because it is very pristine to look at, with very few artificial and man-made items seen on the beach. This is definitely one of the most recommended places in Qatar.


4. Dahl El-Hamam Park


If you are up for a leisurely stroll where you can get to watch what living in Qatar actually looks like, then go to the Dahl El-Hamam public park. The park is known for its extensive green lawns, walking areas, and playgrounds.




If you get hungry, the park also has restaurants and a food court within walking distance that you can easily walk to so you can get your energy back to continue your tour of attractions in Qatar.

    I am impressed with the shared activities that you enjoyed in Qatar. After reading your experience with them I am keen to enjoy The Kingdom of Aladdin there. For now, I am enjoying east coast of usa.
